We only insure devices within 14 days of purchase.

An excess applies to each claim and this excess increases with each claim made.

• In addition to the excess, a 30% penalty fee on the replacement value of the insured cellphone will be charged when a claim is made within the first 90 days of enrolling for a new Cellphone Insurance Plan
• Covers the insured phone for repair or replacement with a phone of similar value.
• For continued insurance cover, please ensure that your premium is paid in full on a monthly basis.
