• We will cover the legal costs of your bail application if you are charged with a criminal offence.
• For continued insurance cover, please ensure that your premium is paid in full on a monthly basis.
• The cover limit is the maximum amount we will pay per claim or per annum, which ever comes first. Benefit specific sub limits apply.
• Only one partner and children under the age of 21 are covered under this policy.
• We shall have no liability under this policy to any person other than a natural person.

 Waiting periods:

• No waiting period applies for telephonic legal assistance.
• A one-month waiting period applies for legal representation benefits.
