THE DESIGN

The iconic, weighty glass flacon of the Dolce&Gabbana Velvet Collection is topped with a black velvet-trimmed stopper with golden accents. The flacon of Dolce&Gabbana Velvet Black Patchouli Eau de Parfum is also personalized with an engraved golden plate, and comes encased in a black velvet coffret.

The scent opens with zesty Tarocco Sicilian blood orange, which mingle with fruity, balsamic notes of Indian davana oil, and is offset by the dry earthy facets of Indian papyrus.

Aromatic clary sage powers the heart of Dolce&Gabbana Velvet Black Patchouli, its fruity floral quality giving way to pungent coriander seeds and the heady opulence of rose accents.

BASE
Then comes the signature of the fragrance – rich, woody patchouli with hints of spice and subtle spiciness coalesces with akigalawood and precious cistus.
