It’s effective, bi-phase formula activates when shaken and easily removes all traces of eye makeup (even waterproof), while leaving no oily residue.
How to Apply Bi-Facil:
Shake your bottle of Bi-Facil to activate the bi-phase formula.
Dampen a cotton pad until the pad turns blue, rest them on your eyes for a few seconds, then gently sweep down to fully remove your eye make-up.
